How do you ensure product quality and customer satisfaction?

This is what we can guarantee

We really love Hookahs and Shishas and we take personal care of all the products and shipments. We inspect and throw out products based on manufacturing guidelines. We get new shipments of products throughout the week.

Where are your shop located? Can I visit you?

Yes, we love to meet you

Our Hookah shop is based in the beautiful city of Markopoulo, just a few kilometers away from Athens and exactly next to Athens’s international airport.

All orders are shipped from our shop there and it will be our pleasure to come and meet us in person.

Just make sure to make a call in advance to double-check as we are doing out of the office appointments as well.

What is happening after placing my order?

Use the tracking number to track the package.

As soon as you placed the order in our Hookah shop, you will receive one email which will contain your order confirmation. When your order ships, a second email with a tracking number will be sent with a link to shipping & tracking information.  You can check the status of your package once it’s in transit and this may take few hours after leaving our warehouse.

We are doing our best to ship the orders on the same day if your order has been placed on working days from Monday to Friday until 2 pm.

Please keep in mind that the package tracking number may not be immediately activated when you first receive it.

Which payment forms you are accepting?

What are the payment forms you are accepting?

Currently, we do accept payments with Credit Cards and wire transfers in our bank accounts. We do not accept PayPal at this time due to restrictions Paypal has with Tobacco but we are working on this in order to provide PayPal as well. For Bank account transfers, two or three working days are required for the money to appear in our account. As soon we have the money, we will ship immediately.

Do you have discreet shipping?

Yes sure. Just make sure that you asked us about

We are trying to make our packages as discreetly as possible. We will ship your order in a plain box and the shipping label will read as “Hookah Shop Greece”. This is the most discreet method we have for shipping. If you have any additional requirements, just let us know is email.

Can I change my order after it has been placed?

Sure yes!!

Yes! If your order has not shipped out yet, you can make any change you require.

Please keep in mind that if the order has left our warehouse it will not be able to change.

It’s much better to call us immediately for any adjustments you require. Please keep in mind that it’s very important to not place any additional order with the items you would like to add before contacting us.

How do I cancel my order?

Please contact us by email

You have to send us an email if you like to cancel an order. Once you have proceeded with the payment and this has been voided it will typically take 3-4 business days for the refund transaction.

What we can do if my order arrives damaged?

No stress.

Please keep in mind that this is a very rare scenario to happen as we take extreme care and we hand packing all the orders, one by one.

In the worst scenario that your order will arrive damaged, please take photos of the damaged items and send us an email with all the description of the issue.

We will let you know then, by email for the following steps

When will my order arrive?

Orders are shipping on the same day.

Orders typically ship out the same day, if they have been placed before 2 pm GR time. For destinations in Greece, depending on the city, it can take from 1 to 3 business days. For International shipments out of Greece, your order can take from 2 to 5 working days. Check the details to calculate the days required and to see when you will receive the package with your order. Please check your email for any updates in the shipping in order to get your tracking number.

Do you ship internationally? What are the costs & options?

Yes, we sure do. We love to spread Hookah’s love in the world!

Yes, we do ship to international destinations all over the world for orders placed in our Hookah shop from our facility in Athens, Greece.

For customers outside of Greece, who wish to purchase Hookah products, it’s better to contact us by email in order to get a more accurate cost for shipping and all associated details.

Kindly note that Shisha Tobacco is not possible to send outside of Greece.

All the other, as Hookah, bowls, hoses, accessories, stones, etc. are sending in any country worldwide with DHL.

Customs, duties, and taxes may vary from country to country. Please check with your local customs for details. All fees must be paid by the recipient, and cannot be paid in advance during placing your order in our Hookah shop.

Please note: All prices on our site are in Euros. Check with your bank, to determine the exchange rate if you use a different currency.

How the shipping cost is calculated?

Depending on destination and package weight

The exact shipping cost depends on the destination.

For destinations in Greece, we have a flat rate of 5 euros per package up to 2kg.

For shippings out of Greece, your total shipping charges are calculated based on the following:

• Total product weight

• Destinations in Europe or out of Europe

• Any applicable surcharges

We have created a very sophisticated mechanism on our website, so you will know the exact shipping cost as soon as you enter the country, city, and postal code.

Do I have the right to return the package?

Yes, if you have a reason.

You have the right to return a purchase that does not meet your expectations. If you like to return the package, you have 5 days to do so.

Please check the following criteria:

  • Returns must be sent to Hookah Shop Greece, Souniou 32 Av., Markopoulo, 19003, Greece.
  • All products must be returned in like-new condition, including the original packaging, all documentation, and accessories. Charges will be applied for all missing accessories or parts.
  • Items can be returned to our warehouse, except for the shipping cost, that will be retroactively applied and discounted from the refund.

We are unable to accept returns from outside Greece
